Shipping

Shipping is totally FREE within Australia, and FREE internationally for orders over $100. International orders under $100 are $15. Orders are sent by Australia Post unless otherwise requested. Packages are usually sent out same day (if we receive your order by 1pm) but sometimes this is not possible. If you desperately need a particular posting day it's best to check with us first - email hello@gentlyunfurling.com.

Shipping time varies wildly, so it's best to check your address on the Australia Post website (the 'from' shipping postcode is 3051). Please note that since the beginning of 2016, delivery times seem to be slower. Unfortunately we have no control over this. If a courier delivery would work better for you, please let us know in the 'Special instructions' note (extra costs may apply for far away locations). If you're in the Express Post network (which you can check here) then you can select that option for next-day delivery.

Gift wrap?

Can do! If your order is a gift let us know in the 'special instructions' section and we can wrap it for you. If you're sending it straight to the person, we can leave out the receipt (so your person won't know how much you spent) and include a card with a custom note on your behalf. Lovely! Just let us know what you'd like to say.

Gift voucher?

We do indeed have gift vouchers - take a gander here https://gentlyunfurling.com/products/gift-voucher. We can make the gift voucher for a specific amount too, drop us a line at hello@gentlyunfurling.com to sort this out.

Sizing

We produce clothing in sizes 8-16 for women, and S-XL for men. To work out your size take a look at this page here. And we're always happy to help out with further questions, email hello@gentlyunfurling.com with any curly ones.

Returns and exchanges

We offer exchanges on unworn/unused items within 7 days - take a look at the details here - unless the item is marked as 'last chance' or with no returns or exchanges. In which case there are no returns or exchanges. This does not count though if your item is faulty or we sent you the wrong thing, in which case you're always entitled to an exchange or repair or refund.

Colours

The colours you see on the screen might be a little different to how they look in person, because everyone's screen is different and who knows what lighting you're viewing it under.

Sold out?!

Unfortunately sold out means sold out. There may be an item left in your size at one of our stockists though - emailĀ hello@gentlyunfurling.com if you'd like us to find one for you.
